Terms of Service & Fee Policies
Welcome to Aditya's Academy of Excellence. By enrolling in our PUC Mathematics and Computer Science tuition programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following academic and administrative terms.
1. Tuition Fee Structure & Payment Deadlines
To support regular operations and ensure steady progression of cohorts, we implement the following strict payment terms:
- Monthly Payment Due Date: Tuition fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of every month.
- Late Payment Penalty: Failure to pay the monthly tuition fee by the 5th will attract a late fine of ₹100 per day, calculated starting from the 6th day until the fee is cleared.
- One-Time Prepayment Option: Alternatively, students may opt to pay the full tuition fee for the entire course duration in a single transaction at the time of admission.
2. Classroom Discipline & Attendance
Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in both lectures and practical code labs. Absence from weekly test series without prior parental permission is not permitted.
3. Academic Integrity
Students are expected to adhere to high standards of academic honesty. Cheating in weekly tests, copying database schemas, or plagiarizing programming solutions will result in strict action, up to suspension from the cohort.
